FUNDRAISING FORM - Just a reminder that ALL teams will need to apply to the Liquor and Gaming Authority (LGA) of Manitoba to apply for a licence per team for any fundraising activities. The completed forms and reference letter that you will need is available to be picked up at the Hockey Brandon office.

OUT OF PROVINCE TRAVEL PERMITS - Hockey Manitoba has created a new on-line application. Payment is done on-line as well. You are still required to submit the Hockey Brandon travel request to the Hockey Brandon office. Upon return from game, your game sheets are required to be into Hockey Brandon office 72 hours after travelling; failure to comply will result in travel privileges being suspended & fined.
