2017-18 Registration & Forms
Hockey Brandon is accepting Registrations for the 2017-2018 Season.

Registration payments may be made at the Hockey Brandon office, Monday to Friday, 1:00pm - 5:00pm. Payment types accepted are:

Registration payments may be made at the Hockey Brandon office, Monday to Friday, 1:00pm - 5:00pm. Payment types accepted are:
- Cash, Cheque, Debit, Master Card, Money Order, Visa
- **NEW** On-line banking payment. Hockey Brandon has been set-up as a payee using your on-line banking service. Currently this is available to Credit Union customers only. You will need to include your child(ren) Pre-registration member number. This will be located on your order receipt.
- Post-dated cheques will not be accepted for the initial payment
- Funding applications accepted at time of registration, however, must be accompanied by the initial payment (including insurance)
- Anyone signed up for a Try Out are asked to pre-register & pay for each tryout at the time of submitting your registration payment.
- NSF Cheque chargeback fee is $40.00
- New player parents are required to complete the on-line Parent Respect in Sport by November 1st, 2017
- FINAL REGISTRATION DEADLINE is November 6, 2017. No Registrations will be accepted after this date.
